The Public image Ltd Interview Series. Part 1 of 3.  (Thanks Mick)

This is a collection of PiL interviews that I've collected over the last 10 years. They mostly feature Lydon, although there are a few interesting early interviews that feature Levene and Lee.

There are also a few press conference recordings that I've included because they are particularly interesting.

Part 2 will encompass the years 1987 - 2000.

Part 3 will encompass the years 2001 - 2011.

Please note - there's a lot of interviews/press conference material going around that has been ripped from ropey quality video footage - this collection ONLY includes genuine audio material!

The Public image Limited Interview Series. Part 2 of 3. (Thanks Mick)

Unfortunately there aren't so many PiL interviews around from the late eighties period and I personally never bothered to collect many interviews from after the breakup of PiL in 1992, so I've had to pad this volume out with 20 minutes of Rotten Radio highlights, which are well worth a listen.

Most interesting in this set are the series of interviews from 1992. Despite an extensive PiL world tour and a new PiL album, Lydon is spending more air time talking about the Pistols than ever before and in retrospect is seemed only a matter of time before PiL were put on hold.

Compare the 1992 interviews to the more relaxed and care free interviews from 1989/1990 - the difference is astounding.

The 4be2 & The Bollock Brothers.  (Thanks Mick).

This 2 disc collection is a sort of "best of" of Jimmy Lydon's "4be2" and Jock McDonalds "Bollock Brothers".

The songs have been taken from old vinyl singles and LP's so the quality varies a bit from song to song. It's generally very good though.

The inside sleeve features a photo of the band with John Lydon (leaving Wormwood Scrubs prison no less!)

Both discs feature Sex Pistols cover versions.

Here's an MP3 sample of "Frustration" from Disc 1.
